It all depends on timeline......when we receive your photos, wording, editing, and approvals. We ask that you order and get the ball rolling at least 3+ months before you need items in hand. Any work done with a due date of a 45days or less incur expedition charge.

No. We are willing to discuss any ideas you have for your personal use or special event and will accomodate as possible.

Once product is approved by you it takes 4 weeks to arrive at your doorstep. If quicker delivery is needed there will be an expedited shipping fee.

*Items usually get to clients sooner but we like to over estimate to help in your production timeline. We can expedite delivery at additional shipping charge. Remember this timeline includes printing, packaging, and shipment to you.

International shipments take 4-5 weeks depending on location.

Please order in advance to allow for shipping time.

Please realize that most of our products are customized specifically for each client. We work with you to make sure that you are 100% happy with your product prior to production. We do not accept returns on customized products.

1. Images should be at least 300 dpi and resolution should be 1536 x 1024 pixels minimum.

2. You must have print release from your photographer. We cannot print photos unless you've been given print rights. Ask your photographer about this.

3. Make sure to discuss this with your photographer so that they are aware of your needs and plans for your photos.
