Is there a minimum order for boxes, magazines, newspapers, eTC.
Yes, there are minimums depending on product/item.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. But not our custom invite boxes.
How long is the magazine/newspaper creation process?
It all depends on timeline......when we receive your photos, wording, editing, and approvals. We ask that you order and get the ball rolling at least 3+ months before you need items in hand. Any work done with a due date of a 45days or less incur expedition charge.
What is the cost for a customized magazine/newspaper?
It depends on a number of things. Please go to our contact page and fill out questionnaire. We will email you with a quote. Or just checkout out the Investment section of our site for pricing.
Do you only do weddings?
No. We do personal use as well as events and any special celebration in your life. If you have an idea in mind contact us.
Do you only do magazines/newspapers?
No. We are willing to discuss any ideas you have for your personal use or special event and will accomodate as possible.
How long till I receive product(s)?
What is your return/refund policy?
Please realize that most of our products are customized specifically for each client. We work with you to make sure that you are 100% happy with your product prior to production. We do not accept returns on customized products.
What are expectations regarding photos for product.
1. Images should be at least 300 dpi and resolution should be 1536 x 1024 pixels minimum.
